Are there moments when you feel completely whole? You know that feeling of deep peace coupled with a bubbling joy? Three things make me feel invincible, like I'm a superhero: the moment when the beauty of my watercolor painting unfolds, being completely engaged with my daughters and lost in the moment, and when a friend has made me feel seen, heard and valued.

These moments are why I became a life coach.
